Terms of Use

This site is owned exclusively and mainly by MOICANNA. This Convention covers only any sale of products via the website www.ianos.gr. Any deviations from this Convention must be confirmed by MOICANNA. Any other Terms and Conditions shall be expressly excluded. Any user entering and using the services of the electronic store shall be deemed to consent and unreservedly accept the conditions set out here, without exception. If an user does not agree to these terms, he or she must refrain from using the electronic store and from any transaction with it.
Sending your order will imply acceptance of this Contract and all its terms.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for selecting a Product and its suitability for their purposes.

Orders
Orders must be received in writing online by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on moicanna.com. Your order is considered received by MOICANNA once you have received an update to order status. Orders status updates appear on the user’s screen and are emailed to the user’s online contact address. During processing each registered order, the inventory availability of the products ordered is also confirmed. If the availability or delivery time differs from that indicated on the product page, an update shall be obtained. The prices quoted for the various products on the website include legal VAT.
The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted. In case of low/limited availability of product stock offered by MOICANNA it reserves a reasonable right for orders to be executed on the basis of the satisfaction of as many customers as possible, i.e. orders registered by different/separate users.
MOICANNA endeavor to provide you with daily high quality services and in good faith, is not responsible for and is not bound by any errors in characteristics, photos and product prices listed on the website and cannot ensure that there are no errors from any cause when importing and/or updating the characteristics and/or price of a product.
In good faith and for your own protection, please note that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price for its market value before placing your order to contact Customer Service at [email protected].
MOICANNA provide the user with the ability to order the products available through the electronic store. In particular, the customer may select through the electronic store the product(s) he/she wishes, by paying the price of his/her purchase electronically at MOICANNA.COM.

Order Cancelations
Cancel your order at any time before it’s complete by email at [email protected]. Depending on your order progress stage, we’ll let you know what options you have.

Order Delivery
The products can be shipped to you anywhere within Greece. The products will be sent to you at the location you indicated on your courier Order form. Shipping costs are € 2.50 for the entire Greek territory (including VAT) for each net value order up to € 30, while the exchange service costs € 1 extra.
For orders with a net value of more than € 30 there is no freight charge.

Force Majeure
MOICANNA is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to MOICANNA liability or are due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of the execution time. Examples can be strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier problems /transport /production, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last for more than 2 months, this Convention may be terminated by any party without compensation.

Product Returns – Consumer Rights
You have the right to return the products you have bought, without delay and without having to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 15 calendar days of the date you receive the products. In this case, you will be charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. Refunds will only be accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or broken, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

Refunds shall be accepted provided that:

1. You have contacted our online store on the same day or the next business day.
2. The products are in the same condition as you have received them, i. e. they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been broken.
3. The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

In order to request you to return the products you have purchased from our online store, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] on the subject of “Application for a Product Return” with a date/market document number and the reasons for the refund within that time limit.
To avoid any inconvenience, check carefully at the time of delivery your order the status of the products sold and the intact packaging to determine whether there are any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In the event of a defect, please contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next business day at [email protected].
In order to remedy defects or deficiencies in agreed properties in the species sold, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. In order to be considered as a registered property, it should be certified as such by both parties in writing.
In the event of a refund, and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way in which your refund will be effected, your money will be reimbursed within 30 days of the date on which we receive the products.
This Convention shall not affect any consumer rights provided for in the legislation.

Amendment of the terms of this
MOICANNA reserves the right to amend or renew trading terms and conditions. The modification or renewal will take effect from the time this text is updated for any change.
If any part of this Convention is found to be void or inapplicable by a court order, the remainder of the Convention shall remain in force. MOICANNA may conclude an agreement to delegate its obligations to an appropriate third party. Otherwise, no Party shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights or obligations. All notifications must be made in writing (by hand, by e-mail, fax or by first class e-mail, considered as delivered 48 hours after mail).

Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This Convention shall be governed by European and Greek law, in particular legislation regulating matters relating to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.

User responsibility
Users agree and undertake not to use the online store for:

The site has been set up and controlled by MOICANNA in Thessaloniki and Greek Law will guide the use of the site and its interpretation. If you choose to access our site from another country, you have a responsibility to follow the laws of that country.
The above conditions constitute the full agreement with MOICANNA and MOICANNA has the right to make changes to the site content and to the top terms without notice.
