We’d like to inform you that for MOICANNA, protecting our customers’ privacy is paramount. That is why we are taking the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data processed and to ensure that the processing of personal data is always carried out in accordance with the obligations laid down by the legal framework, both by the company itself and by third parties who process personal data on behalf of the company.

What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 is the new regulatory framework of the European Union (EU) in the field in question. The purpose of the Regulation is to lay down the conditions for the processing of personal data in order to protect the rights and freedoms of natural persons and in particular the right to protection of personal data.

Which categories of personal data are we processing?
The personal data that you provide us with, that is, the Full Name, Postal Address, Postal Address. Code, State, City, Region, Country, Landline and your email address, VAT, Profession, we only process them when we have legitimate reason to do so.

What are the legitimate reasons for processing your personal data?
Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data recommend:

  1. The provision of the services that you entrust to us and wish to obtain from us, such as the purchase of products (e.g. the purchase of a book) and thus the fulfillment of our contractual obligations in this context.
  2. Compliance with an obligation imposed by law, such as regulatory compliance for tax purposes.
  3. Your consent under the specific conditions laid down in the legal framework to obtain updates on products, services, offers, etc. MOICANNA or third cooperating companies, which process personal data in accordance with the applicable framework.

 

DECLARATION

By giving your consent, you are responsible to declare that you are over 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you can only use our website with the participation and approval of a parent or guardian.

How and why are we using your personal data?

  1. Create Account
    Personal data is collected when you create an account on moicanna.com, a website managed by MOICANNA. You may be asked for more information when creating an account, but the minimum for concluding and executing the contract will be the mandatory scope mark.
    The following personal information is required to establish an account: Name, Postal Address, Postal Address. Code, State, City, Region, Country, Landline and your email address. You should then set your personal password (password) twice. To complete your registration, you must, after reading the terms of use, select the checkbox in the I Agree option and fill in the text to verify your registration.
    Your registration is complete. Username is now your email address and password is your personal password.
    The user should not communicate to third parties the personal code, nor should it store it in electronic or paper form, to prevent any unauthorized use. If the codes are communicated to a third party, the user must immediately inform moicanna.com.
    In the event of data leakage, the MOICANNA has no liability since it has not previously been informed of the illegal use of such data.
    And by creating an account on our e-shop, you can edit the data to add or remove items. These items will be used to make the order completion process easier whenever you visit our e-shop and choose to be online.
  2. Order Execution
    Personal data is also collected when you order from our e-shop, moicanna.com. To complete your order and account creation, you may be asked for more information, but there will be a minimum to conclude and execute the contract. These data shall be marked as a mandatory field. The information on this account will be used to complete the order, and you will have to fill in some additional information, such as information on how to pay, a different shipping address (optional), invoice details (VAT, DPO, Profession, name), where necessary.
    As part of completing the order some of this data is transferred to affiliates. They are therefore conveyed to transport companies for the transport and delivery of your goods. Transport companies may contact you to request clarification and to inform you of the delivery of your products. In addition, the data is transmitted when payment is made to payment providers (banks, PayPal). We, for our part, use high security systems to prevent data leaking from malicious systems.
  3. Sending of information and publicity/corporate news
    During your visit to our website, moicanna.com, you have the opportunity to complete a communication form by providing your e-mail address to register with our Newsletter.
    The data collected fromour website may be used to communicate with you for promotional and advertising purposes, to inform you about products and offers that may be of interest to you, by e-mail, if you have given your consent, under the specific conditions set out in the legal framework.
    In the legitimate interest of MOICANNA to generate a market interest in its products and services, we may be processing information posted on the web on search engines and socialmedia applications (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to create personalized promotion and information for the potential customer by phone and/or email for the commercial purpose above. The legal basis is the voluntary publication of your information on search engines and your registration with socialmedia services where it is explicitly agreed to publish information according to the settings of the applications you manage.
    The legal basis for this is both the performance of our contractual obligations, and the legitimate interest of our company.
  4. Customer Satisfaction Survey, Reviews,Ratings,Competitions
    The data we collect from our website is used for your participation in a Customer Satisfaction Survey, if you have given your consent, under the specific conditions set out in the legal framework. Customer Satisfaction Survey today is conducted through a rating or review or e-mail for any of MOICANNA‘s products or our services and an account is required.
    If any criticism contains insulting content, insulting comments, personal information, it constitutes negative advertising, etc., MOICANNA reserves the right to refuse its publication. User reviews and comments are personal views and opinions of the users themselves and do not necessarily reflect the views of moicanna.com, which in no way can be held responsible for any of these views. You can submit a review by e-mail only from the Communication menu, and you can submit a score by selecting the desired stars.
    The data we collect from our website for your participation in invitations to Contests shall be used , if you have given your consent, under the specific conditions set out in the legal framework (terms of use).

Where is your data shared?
MOICANNA shall transmit personal data provided by natural persons to third companies performing the processing, which offer automation services for the purpose of bulk sending e-mails (now MailChimp).
In addition, as part of completing an order on our e-shop some of this data is transferred to affiliates. As a result, they are transferred to transport companies to transport and deliver your goods. Transport companies may contact you to request clarification and to inform you of the delivery of your products.

Storage Interval
The period of storage of the data shall be decided on the basis of the following specific criteria, as appropriate:

MOICANNA shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at the safe processing of personal data and the prevention of accidental loss or destruction and unauthorized and/or unlawful access to it, their use, modification or disclosure. In any event, the way the Internet operates and the fact that it is free of anyone, does not allow guarantees to be given that unauthorized third persons will never be able to breach the applicable technical and organizational measures, by accessing and possibly using personal data for unauthorized and/or unfair purposes.

What are your rights in relation to your personal data?
Any person whose data is processed by the MOICANNA shall enjoy the following rights

  1. Access right:
    You have the right to be aware and to verify the legality of the processing. So you have the right to access the data and to obtain additional information on the processing of the data.
  2. Right of correction:
    You have the right to study, correct, update or modify your personal data.
  3. Right of cancelation:
    You have the right to submit a request to delete your personal data when we process it based on your consent or in order to protect our legitimate interests. In all other cases (such as where there is a contract, obligation to process personal data imposed by law, public interest), this right is subject to specific limitations or does not exist as appropriate.
  4. Right to restrict the processing:
    You have permission to request a limitation of editing your personal data to the following situations: (a) where you dispute the accuracy of the personal data and until verification is made, (b) where you object to the deletion of personal data and request instead of deletion the restriction on the use of personal data, (c) where personal data is not needed for processing purposes, you are however required to establish, exercise, support for legal claims, and (d) when you object to the processing and until verification that there are legitimate reasons which concern us and which prevail which you oppose processing.
  5. Right to object to processing:
    You have the right to oppose at any time the processing of your personal data where, as described above, it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests that we seek as controllers, as well as the processing for the purposes of direct marketing and consumer profiling.
  6. Right to mobility:
    You are entitled to receive your personal data free of charge in a format that allows you to access, use, and edit it using commonly used processing methods. You also have the right to ask us, where technically possible, to transmit the data directly to another controller. This right exists for the data provided by you and is processed by automated means based on your consent or under contract.
  7. Right to withdraw consent:
